Septarian Stone Pair

Septarian pairs are cut in half and polished in Morocco. Septarian is unique in that it is formed as a result of volcanic eruptions and attracted dead sea life, chemically bonding them to the sediment and forming mud balls. They are composed of Calcite, which makes up the yellow centers and Aragonite which are the brown lines.

Septarian is a very protective stone that provides both grounding and protection of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.
