These terms and conditions govern all transactions between Pandora’s Closet and you as our customer for any sale of goods or services between Pandora’s Closet and you. The governing law shall be New Zealand Law.

By using the website, registering as a member on Pandora’s Closet website, purchasing goods or subscribing to our newsletters you accept the terms and conditions listed below. You cannot use our services if you do not accept these conditions.
Pandora’s Closet does not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any opinion, information, advice, representation or omission contained on our web site, email messages or by our staff.
While every endeavour has been made to supply accurate information, errors and omissions may occur. Accordingly, you agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any and all liability and responsibility of Pandora’s Closet to you or any other person is excluded regardless of whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), equity, breach of statutory duty or otherwise. Pandora’s Closet liability and responsibility is excluded in respect of any and all loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business or anticipated savings, general and special damages, and consequential and incidental loss.
You agree to release, indemnify and keep indemnified Pandora’s Closet from and against all actions, claims, costs (including legal costs and expenses), losses, proceedings, damages, liabilities, or demands suffered or incurred by you.
We reserve the right to remove, suspend or make changes to our website at any time, without prior notice.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and it is your responsibility that you check to ensure you are aware of the current terms and conditions.
Warranty & Returns
We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.
If goods are damaged in transit, please ensure you contact us immediately and send photographs of the damaged box and products. Please note – all items are opened and checked for damage before being sent out.
If the return is a result of damage by courier or receiving the wrong item, we will also pay the return shipping cost and arrange for a replacement item as soon as possible. If we do not have a replacement item, a refund or store credit will be offered.
If the item/s is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
We reserve the right to decline the refund or return of items purchased in store if you, at a later date, decide you do not want them.
Product Descriptions, images and errors:
We try our best to describe our products as accurately as possible, however due to different lighting conditions, colours may appear different. Items may appear larger or smaller in pictures. Please refer to the size or measurement in product descriptions.
Incorrect Bank Account Number:
Pandora’s Closet gives the choice to pay for products through our Bank Account. If you credit money to the incorrect bank account number, Pandora’s Closet will not accept any responsibility for correcting payment and the goods will not be dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery
We only ship within New Zealand and ship our goods using NZ Couriers and Fastway Couriers. Shipping address must be a physical address – we do not ship to PO Boxes. We try to ship your items within 2 business days of your order. If there are any problems, we will contact you within this time.
An extra charge will be applied at checkout for rural delivery.
Loss or Damage of Goods in Transit:
All items purchased from Pandora’s Closet are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All items are securely packaged and any damaged parcels should be brought to the attention of the courier on receipt. In all cases we will provide a tracking / reference number if requested once we ship your product. For missing parcels please contact the courier company directly stating your reference number. Non-signature deliveries are at your own risk.
Please ensure you use the correct delivery address as we can not replace items due to wrong or missing address details.

When you place an order Pandora’s Closet will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, mailing address, or e-mail address. We use this information to process your transaction, and we share the information with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal etc. in order to process your order.
